We started construction this morning. They dropped off a truckload of lumber and got right to work at 8 am. Benny did pretty well taking his afternoon nap while they jack hammered the concrete steps. Above is a picture of the driveway looking like a real construction site. Jack wanted to know what the port'o'potty was for.
This a picture that I took yesterday to remember the "before."
The work after day one: removal of the concrete steps; digging the footing; and starting to remove the siding.
